Fairly clean and convenient accom with marvellous and comfy location short walk to downtown, stores, and SBN Airport. Attentive staff, immaculately clean and brand-new room with 2 queen beds.

Despite the negative aspects, there were a couple of positives during my stay. The hotel was conveniently located, being only a short drive away from both Notre Dame campus and downtown South Bend. Additionally, the room had a nice little kitchenette, which was a convenient feature. However, these positives were overshadowed by the rude staff and overall negative experience at the hotel.
I had a terrible experience at this hotel during my Christmas stay. The staff was rude and unprofessional, which made for an unwelcoming atmosphere.
